Unfinished piece.

Stuck with artist's block lately, this is a detail of a figure study I forced myself to work on. My heart's just not in it, and it shows. There's some very clunky anatomy and haphazard shadows. The disease-y flesh tones are par for the course, though. Skin always look like that in my paintings.

Don't know what this girl's story is, or why she's slumped in this white room in nothing but her underwear, gesturing vaguely at an invisible ceiling, but I get the feeling she's handling the situation rather calmly and philosophically.
